E. Alan Waterman
Real Estate Developer

Alan Waterman has more than 20 years of real estate experience from single family rentals to high-rise condominium conversion projects. An accomplished property and project manager, his vision and expertise in real estate have made millions for the developers that have employed him. 

Alan has managed multibillion dollar portfolios for some of New York's most successful ultra luxury, and loft conversion developer.

 

Offering a rare blend of team management and operational strengths, Alan has achieved unit sales prices above projections and has closed 99% of his units on time and on budget. His hands on approach to real estate conversion are reflected in his work as Project Manager of The Metropolitan Condominiums. When employed by New York developer Time Equities, Inc. to take over the 238 unit conversion in Kansas City the acquisition manager returned to New York entrusting their multimillion investment to Alan to complete. Alan's accomplishments at the Metropolitan Condominiums have earned him a position of great respect with Time Equities and amongst some Kansas City most prominent developers.

 

Alan has applied the skills he honed for 13 years in New York. During this time Alan managed a wide variety properties from tenement buildings in Harlem and the Lower East side up to fifty story ultra luxury rentals on the upper east side (525 East 72 St).

 

John O Brien

Real Estate Developer

 

John OBriens 16 year career in real estate and engineering has included project management, consulting and property management roles with multi national companies and major New York Real Estate developers.

 

An engineer by training John started his career in London working for Guinness PLC.  As project engineer for Guinness John was responsible for all phases of a major modernization of all dispensing systems throughout the entire south east region of the United Kingdom.

 

In 1992 John came to the United States and began his career in real estate by managing high end luxury co operatives and condominiums in New York's Upper East Side. John became known as a skilled manager and adroit trouble shooter, being responsible for turning around a number of distressed properties. He has been involved in major capital projects for properties from 100,000 Sq. Ft. to over 1,000,000 million square feet as a project manager.

 

In 2001 John joined Monarch Real Estate, a New York based real estate development and management company, he manages a portfolio of over 1,200 luxury rental apartments, 100,000 Sq. Ft. of retail spaces and over 300,000 Sq. Ft. of commercial office space with a combined value of over $500,000,000. He has extensive experience in the construction and management of large building conversions and renovations having been involved in two of New York's premier apartment buildings 50 Murray Street and 88 Greenwich as operations manager.
